Sacred Heart Parish has many active groups, including the Council of Catholic Women (CCW). The National CCW is divided into Provinces and Sacred Heart Parish CCW is part of the Philadelphia Province. The National CCW was founded under the auspices of the US Council of Catholic Bishops in 1920 with the mission of uniting various women’s groups to provide them a strong and united presence in church and community matters. Sacred Heart Parish CCW is a member of the Northern District of the Harrisburg CCW, which oversees nine districts. The Harrisburg CCW was founded in 1921 and Sacred Heart Parish CCW was founded subsequently. We encourage YOU to join us by contacting any officer. For a list of current officers, click HERE.
